The following inputs are considered:
- Amount of base alcohol used for the maceration process
- Alcohol percentage of the base alcohol
- Amount of lemon zest
- Desired alcohol percentage (volume-based) of the limoncello
- Desired sugar percentage (weight-based) of the limoncello
- Target amount (leave blank to calculate the possible maximum outcome considering the other inputs)
The resulting ingredients are:
- Amount of water in milliliters (or grams since 1ml water equals 1g)
- Amount of sugar in grams
- Amount of extract (solution after maceration) in grams or milliliters
