Dear s, clients of JSC “IVTs Housing and Public Utilities and Fuel and Energy Complex” of the city of Volgograd! We took into your comments / suggestions / questions and restart the application for mobile phones.
Now in a new design with even more functionality!
∙ Updated registration - now a single for both the Personal and the Mobile Application
∙ recovery functionality - this was really not enough
∙ Payment functionality has become easier and more convenient
∙ Now you can see information about metering devices - you will not miss the deadline for checking metering devices
∙ Now you can not only the receipt, but also see the details on it
∙ The “Appeals” section has appeared - here you can quickly submit an appeal, see the operator’s response and supplement the appeal, if necessary
∙ We will try to notify you of various events - you can see this in the "Notifications" section
∙ Added section “Settings” - now change e-mail, subscription status for electronic receipt, change the directly in the application
